Terms of Use

1.General Provisions

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Vira Sosyal mobile application (the "App") provided by Vira Apps ("we", "us"). By downloading the App, creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

The App is available only to natural persons who are at least 18 years old. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed.

The App may be used for personal purposes only; commercial use is prohibited. Any terms of the user that deviate from these terms are not binding on us unless we expressly accept them.

2.Scope of Service and Availability

Vira Sosyal is a dating and social interaction platform where registered users can create a profile with photos and information, discover people nearby, match through mutual likes, exchange messages and make video calls.

We reserve the right to continuously develop the App, but we are under no obligation to do so. Development may result in new features being added, existing features being changed or the technical infrastructure being updated.

Our target for the App's average annual availability is 99.5%. Infrastructure outages beyond our control and short interruptions that do not materially prevent use are excluded from this figure. App data and profile content are backed up on our servers regularly, at least daily.

We rely on certain third-party services to operate the App: Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, OneSignal (push notifications), RevenueCat (in-app purchase management) and Agora (video/voice call infrastructure). 3.Registration and Account

Free registration is required to use the App. There is no legal entitlement to the use of the free service.

• Each user may create only one profile.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• The account and profile may not be transferred, sold or made available to third parties.
• Users must take appropriate measures to prevent third parties from accessing their account. Any suspicion of unauthorized access must be reported to us immediately.

4.Free Use and Paid Extra Features

Downloading and installing the App, creating a profile and using the core features are free of charge.

We may offer additional paid features within the App (coin packages, premium membership and similar). All displayed prices include statutory VAT.

Purchases are made through the app store from which you downloaded the App (Google Play or App Store), and payment is subject to the terms of the respective store. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled in your store account settings. Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled only through the subscription settings of the respective store.

5.Usage Rights and Licenses

We grant the user a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the App within the scope of these terms.

The user grants us a simple, non-transferable license to the photos and information shared in their profile, valid until the profile is deleted. This license covers displaying the content within the App, featuring it and technically adapting it to different devices and screens (resizing, compression and similar).

This license ends when the profile is deleted.

6.User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Users must provide truthful information in their profile and ensure that the content they share does not infringe third-party rights, including copyright, trademark and personality rights.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited in the App:

• Insulting, harassing, threatening or abusive behavior towards other users,
• Hate speech; content that glorifies violence or is discriminatory or racist,
• Sharing nudity, pornographic or sexual content,
• Commercial promotion, advertising or directing users to competing services,
• Creating an account on behalf of someone else or impersonating another person,
• Scam, fraud, money laundering; requesting money or valuables from other users,
• Sharing other people's personal data without permission,
• Bots, automated access, data scraping or interference with the technical operation of the App.

7.Content and Moderation

We provide report and block tools for every profile and conversation in the App. You can use these tools to notify us of rule violations; reports are reviewed by our team.

In the event of a violation of these terms, we reserve the right to remove the relevant content, warn the user, temporarily restrict the account or permanently close it.

Content shared by users is not our own content; the respective user is responsible for its accuracy. Although we use automated filtering systems to reduce spam and abusive messages, we cannot guarantee that all content will be fully reviewed.

8.Child Safety

Vira Sosyal is intended solely for people aged 18 and over. We maintain zero tolerance for any content, conduct or communication involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Violations of this kind result in immediate and permanent closure of the account.

Accounts found to belong to a minor are closed. Where we have doubts about a user's age, we may request age verification and restrict the account until verification is provided.

You can report any profile or conversation to us using the in-app report tool. Reports concerning child safety are reviewed as a priority; you may also contact us directly at Contact.

We remove such content, close the accounts involved, and report to the competent national authorities and relevant international organisations (including NCMEC) as required by applicable law.

9.Intellectual Property

The App, its software, the "Vira Sosyal" brand, logo, design and all visual elements belong to Vira Apps and are protected by applicable law. These elements may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used for other purposes without our written permission.

The usage right granted to users does not include access to the source code, reverse engineering or the creation of derivative works of the App.

10.Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". We give no guarantee that you will match, meet someone or achieve any particular outcome.

Communication and meetings between users take place entirely at the users' own risk. We cannot verify the identity of the people you meet. We recommend holding first dates in busy, public places and sharing your plans with someone you trust.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Liability for intent and gross negligence, as well as liability that cannot legally be limited, remains unaffected.

11.Termination and Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their account at any time and without giving reasons, either via the settings menu in the App or at virasosyal.com/delete_account.php.

Deleting the account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through an app store; subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the store settings.

We reserve the right to terminate the contractual relationship and close the account in the event of a violation of these terms. Once the contractual relationship has ended, the user must stop using the App.

12.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use for valid reasons (legal changes, new features, security requirements and similar). Material changes will be announced within the App.

Continuing to use the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may delete your account.

13.Governing Law and Contact

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of the App are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
